The School of Science and Computer Engineering (SCE) provides assistance to CS faculty and students on many matters. Contact SCE at 281-283-3700, Bayou Building Room 3600. The following administrators and staff may be especially important.

Acting Dean Dr. E.T. Dickerson (dickerson@uhcl.edu) of the School is assisted by his executive secretary, Ms. Deborah McFadden (mcfadden@uhcl.edu; 281-283-3703). The dean is the ultimate leader of the school and final decider of most issues about the school.

Associate Dean Dr. Robert Ferebee (ferebee@uhcl.edu) is assisted by his administrative secretary, Ms. Mary Parham (Parham@uhcl.edu; 281-283-3717). The associate dean's office deal with most student matters, for examples: paperwork for thesis, course withdrawal, etc.

The Computer Science program is housed within the Division of Computing and Mathematics. Dr. Sadegh Davari (davari@uhcl.edu) is the divsion chair. The division also offers the Computer Information Systems, Mathematics and Statistics program.

Mr. Michael MacDonald (macdonald@uhcl.edu; 281-283-3718) is the business coordinator of the School. Among many of his responsibility includes the handling of paperwork for teaching assistants and research assistants.

The two academic advisors, Ms. Barbara Coleman and Ms. Dorothy Hogg, are also located in the dean office.
