![]() Every graduate or undergraduate student has two advisors: an academic advisor and an faculty advisor. The School of Science and Computer Engineering (SCE) has two academic advisors serving its programs:
Both academic advisors are located in the SCE Dean Office at Bayou Building Room 3611. They can be reached at sceadvising@uhcl.edu. Ms. Barbara Coleman will also keep a advising schedule in the Delta Building (room 145) from 4:30-5:30 on every Thursday. Students may want to visit the SCE's advising page to find out more information. The faculty advisor advises and approves students on the following issues:

They also assist applicants on their applications, including checking application status. It is very important for incoming students to see their faculty and academe ic advisors as soon as possible and set up their CPS in the first semester. |
